Week 26 from Hayden

Week 26 from Hayden (11 y.o. boy)

10/12/16

Today we did a parkrun!  Then we went to the Farmer’s Markets.  Then we went to Torndirrup National Park and did some cool works.  Then we went to West Cape Howe National Park and the wind farm!

We went to a pretty beach!  Then we went to the Brig Amity and got to go inside!

12/12/16

Today we played Monopoly for 3 hours, we didn’t complete one game!  Then I watched Grand Tour 2!

13/12/16

Today we packed down and went to Porongurup National Park and did Castle Rock.  Then we went to the other side and did a 7.2km walk.

Today we climbed Bluff Knoll (6.8km).  Then we climbed Mount Trio (3.2km)

Today we hiked up Mt Toolbrunup, the views were amazing!  Then we went to Hyden!

Today we looked at Wave Rock!  Then we went to Lake Magic.  We swam in the pool.  We could float vertical, arms crossed and legs straight and we still had our shoulders out of the water. The salt was really, really strong!  It stung like crazy! We moved really, really fast in it as well. It was awesome.  There was an island in the middle!  Then we went to Fitzgerald N.P.
