Esperance
This morning we got up early and drove to Cape Le Grand
National Park. We arrived at 7am and
were lucky enough to get a campsite at 7:45am.
We have done the complete set up with all the bells and whistles and
plan to stay here until at least Boxing Day.
We then drove into Esperance for exciting errands like groceries,
laundry, fuel – and finding somewhere to fix a windscreen four days before
Christmas. We had a picnic lunch at the
Foreshore, which was pretty. A drive
along the beaches to the west of Esperance were all beautiful to look at,
however once again not great for swimming, either waves breaking onto rocks or
no waves – so beautiful to look at though!
When we got back to the van I hung washing in major wind – I never
previously knew face protection was necessary for hanging washing!
