Rest and Refresh
Today we did Hayden’s first school work day, which went
fairly well and took until mid afternoon.
While he was doing this Drew washed the car inside and out while I
cleaned up the van, supervised Hayden, put up my blog posts for the trip so far
and worked on some of my work continuing education journals. Once school was out for the day we did
haircuts for both boys.
Next we headed to the Family Fun Park – this is quite a large facility with plenty of play equipment for a variety of ages as well as a water park that operates all year round. Hayden spent ages on a challenging climbing obstacle course set up. After dinner we introduced Drew to Uno and played several rounds.
